This is an Arabic story book about Hassan, a young boy who wants to take out his tonsils. Hassan is afraid to go to the hospital and terrified of taking shots, so he takes his imaginary friend named ''shakbout” to the hospital. This is a story that introduces children to what's going on in the hospital as well as pre and post operative procedures told in a humorous way.
